A Human Number

Rather than explain this one, I'll give you a few clues as to my inspiration. They are:

Revelation 13 vs 16-18

... and bar codes.

The serious work on this one was actually collecting all the bar codes. They are all from actual products of every shape and size. Arranging them in a suitably aesthetic form was intensive but also satisfying. Even I hadn't realised how ubiquitous bar codes are.

As a parting comment, I would say it never ceases to amaze me how we humans like to see patterns in otherwise random occurrences.
